Aether lot not working?

I just tried to apply for a aether lot, but it says i have no available lots, even though i was removed from my skylands lot yesterday?

guys, "Not working" is like having a broken aircon in your car and calling a garage and saying "My car is not working" and expecting that the guy fixes it from that description over the phone.

I need a description WHAT is not working. In as much detail as possible. possibly with screenshots and/or error messages copy/paste.
