I'v heard of this before and I think it would be a good idea. I just think that it's a bit sad that we have to resort to using plugins like this. I think this could be good but Unc you have the final say.

The problem with plugins like that is their immense resource usage. I don't know how bad it is today, but last time I checked it required a ton of RAM and CPU power just to run a server for 4 people. It might nog be right for quite a big server like this one.
