Burj Al Arab
I'd like to try and build a replica of the famous 'Burj Al Arab' in Dubai.
It's a large scale project so would be looking at suggestions where to build/materials and builders! :)

.........that is a very ambitious project.
Hence why I need more than just me :-)
Unfortunately, it would seem you'd need a private server with no restrictions and maybe a max height double that of vanilla wow to really do this structure justice. I think Creative mode in 1.8 and 256 height could make this possible. :) Good luck.
Maybe something 'similar' as a joint/mega project?
Actually, here's some advice. I myself tried out this project. I spent a few days on it and it was very hard to get the curves and special details down. Height should not matter for this project. If you plan it out well enough, you should find yourself with a proportioned Burj De Arab.
If you do go all the way on this project, make sure you have all the details needed to make it look good.
