Cant become settler

I am a peasant but it says that i am a group peasant and have the maximum amount of slots.
I cant evan fill out the form

i was chatting 2 some vip's and apparently it says i am a peasant but does not count me as one. i.e not letting me build in a public area.

From here everything is fine and setup. If you come to the server now I can try to help you. But it's hard to do that over the forum only
