Can't get on to server

Hi I played on uncovery several years ago and was a citizen. I tried to log on to server and it wouldn't let me it said i need to whitelist. I logged on to the website to check i was whitelisted and it still says I'm a citizen. I tried to whitelist again but it won't let me as my username and email is already registered.
can you help please?
