Cant Login (Not Server)

My login isnt working now?

i was playing yesterday when i go to login it comes up with Login Fail -___- i went to the website and i cant even login there, i reset my password via email when i change it i still cant login?

Can anyone help? I don't wanna buy a new minecraft

Same thing on website -___- i spose ill have to by a new account :(
I also tried the new launcher still same problem :(

ok thats a minecraft issue. This has nothing to do with my server. I would recommend to have your password reset! Do not buy a new account yet.

There must be some customer service from them. Try to contact them.
My questions (some might be stupid but please check again):

- Can you login on the minecraft.net site and see your settings? (http://www.minecraft.net/login.jsp)
- do you still know and have access to the email address associated with that account?
- when you do the form "forget password", do they send you a new password or do they let you set a new one?

Please answer all the questions. If you want, come to IRC and I can try to help you with this.

3 the email doesn't show up and i made sure that i sent it to ym email adress

I would generally assume that the system at minecraft.net is working properly. With the amount of users they have, I would think they know when there is a general problem on their side. So:

- You either gave them the wrong email address when you signed up and forgot your email
- or you are checking the wrong email account (you might have several?)
- Or your account got hacked in some way. Since the email address associated to an account cannot be changed, even by a hacker, the sending of a password should still work.

I would recommend that you use the "My account got hacked" link on the http://www.minecraft.net/support/ page.
