Flatlands - Lot M14 - HerroKitteh

I have an issue with this lot (N14). It's developed a Leak onto my lot (N14) today. Could the lot owner or a Mod/Admin chuck a couple of blocks in there to plug the leak? I'm not sure what Caused it, but there is also a Glowstone block missing.
