Floating Trees?

Is leaving floating trees (half cut-down, then left) not against the rules of Uncovery? I know it is with most servers, I'm curious to know the policy on them here. I guess since it's on their own lot, they can do what they want, but when it's on the border, it just looks bad.

I'm not sure, but I believe that most people would prefer to not have them.
