Guilds? Sounds cool.
Guilds are good for making friends, being together, and making a good community all around.
This forum post is STRICTLY, suggestion, if you wanna make a guild? Feel free!
Wanna be steampunk marauders? Robots? Space Pirates? Aliens? Perhaps old western cowboys? Or how about pirates right?
Or animal people.. Heck I've seen weirder things, man.
To rules!
1, First of all, have fun; Please don’t ruin that fun for others.
2, Know who your dealing with, don’t start fights.
3, Don’t bicker or have be malign ( bad ) toward people.
4, Make sure its PG, we don’t need anything .. ” Wrong ” to happen.
Making your guild;
It is preferred you have a good standing with the community, and good footing in the uncovery worlds, whether your a
flat lander or an empire builder. Have a good reputation, and make sure to have good friends too.

Make it magnificent! It’s your guilds home, it is where you and your friends will hang out with, perhaps add a couple bar tables, armor forges, carpets, banners.

Ranks and Leadership,

We shouldn’t need ranks, but should you make sure you have a powerful voice. Because no one is gonna step into that matter and if they do it will not be pretty.
Ranks lead to general corruption, lets not have that happen. Here are some examples!

Have some imagination, get an original name for your guild, make it something to stand for, don't go all ' Thieves Guild ' or the ' Roman Empire. ' or the ' Assassins ' Like come on. Be original.
Titles ( Goes with ranks, ) make vanity titles to be recognized between your people, and make sure people know who you really are, put a really awesome name, and you'll start getting " Oh, he's the leader of that one really cool group! "

These were merely some suggestions, maybe some people will really take off with this, and have fun. Guilds would be really cool for the community, and wouldn't need plugins at all, it can all be made without coding.
