Issues with the darklands

There seems to be an issue with the darklands. The portal does not allow you to return anymore, names appear in white, and /who doesn't work. Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

The portal works it just takes a few secs.

Nope, the portal to return from the Darklands doesn't work at all, I even stood there for a few minutes to see if that would work.

Also, dying won't get you out. The respawn is right next to the tower in the Darklands.
