Kingdom Lot Idea

Taking from the Movie Oblivion, ill be making a complex underground city-state on F3. Above will be an outpost house and farther above that will be the shadow of the "TET" complex orbiting the planet.

Stage 1 will be excavation
Stage 2 will be construction of Outpost
Stage 3 will be construction of "TET" shadow
Stage 4 will be city creation
Stage 5 ...any additions I feel like.

Dang buddy, I really liked this idea and good luck with the project. Maybe put the hidden forest/grotto Yosemite-like place in too?
