People not receiving an email when signing up
Ok so i have had two of my friends sign up to the website and not one of them got the email with the password. everything was filled in correctly so i dont know if this is the email side of things. also a few people in game who are guest have asked why they are not reviving emails. it has not been two days and still nothing so i told them to click "forgot email" one of them got the reset password yesterday but the other one still has not.
Sorry if this does not make sence (i hope it does). i am still half asleep.
Did they check there spam account and i know there has been an issue with gmail.
It's not a GMail issue, I fixed that. Gmail bounces unwanted emails back to me, so I know it's not that.
It's weird since I get all the emails.
Can you please ask your friends to send me an email to minecraft@uncovery.me or send me an in-game /ticket and I will take care of it.
