Problems applying 2nd Lot

I decided to go out and look for a plot, I found one, went to the user rights page, (I'm an architect) but it says I have the max, yet on the architect user level page it says we can still have 2, did it suddenly change or something? or did the Donator + screw me up?

on the page, it must say something like

You ShiningTitan, Group Architect, has 1 lot max 2.

Can you look for the text and copy-paste it here please?

It says: You already have a lot: lot_l12

You (shiningtitan, group ) have no more lots left (max )
