Starting a Mega-Project

I've been saving uncs so that I can soon buy a Kingdom Lot and begin a Mega-Project. I'm looking for volunteers ahead of time, and I just ask that you have some building experience and be able to follow a design. :) Other than that I'm just going to slap a pic up here so you can see the model I'm building on single-player.
