Treecapitator Petition

Hello everybody. I am here to petition uncovery for the adding of the treecapitator plugin for the server. Please comment a 1 after for support or 0 and a reason for discouragement.

0 - I don't see any compelling reason to include it. We have to work to get everything else the legit way, why make an exception for trees?
