Wont let me join the server

When i try to join the server it comes up with: Connecting to server, logging in...
Then it just goes black. I have tried other servers and they work fine

Do you possibly have Aether mod installed?
And are u possibly in skylands?
Maybe try using a basic version of MC when you log in next.

Very strange. It shows you have been online today. As pluto wrote, please make sure you have "vanilla" Minecraft installed. Also come to IRC next time and see if I am online so I can help you directly.
