Yet another hunt!

Seeing as I won Sleepy's Beacon Hunt, and I have a couple extra beacons already, I would like to offer it back to the server, in the form of yet another hunt.

I do not have near the majesty of Heaven's reach, but I do have a couple cities that I am proud of.

I have hidden 4 signs in the Kingdom cities of New Shanmullach, and Kawasumii. 2 signs each worth a beacon, 1 worth 2 diamond blocks, and 1 worth a single diamond block. They are all either in a structure, or above ground, in the city.

Cities are located at:

Kawasumii - Kingdom lots k14, 15 &16, L14, 15, 16. it does not cover all these lots though, so its not a huge as it sounds.

New Shanmullach - Kingdom L15.

Riches is definetly the code for the 2 diamond blocks, but what is shining?

the second one was just a desperate guess. I searched for 3 hours and found nothing haha. I figured i'd pick something that related to light.
