Hello, I am new here and I am enjoying your server so far. I would like to know if I can have a friend that can have building rights on my lot as well if applies. Would this be possible?

Yes you can. Look at http://uncovery.me/user-levels/. This will show what you can do and what command to use. Remember that giving builder rights to your lot will also let them take from your chests also.
