Contest Page not working

On the rollercoaster contest page when I've clicked enter it won't load up. It just stays there and says error in the corner where the thing tells you how much left to load. So I was wondering if maybe you could help me in this case.

I need to know exactly when it says error and where. when uploading a picture? when submitting it? How does the error look like? I need a screenshot of that. Take one and post it somewhere like http://imgur.com/ and post the URL here.
