Lot manager error

I was going to try to obtain a few more empire lots, but when I clicked on "lot manager," it gave me this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function prepare() on a non-object in /home/includes/uncovery_mysql/uncovery_mysql.inc.php on line 72

I don't know what's going on, but please let me know when it is fixed so I can proceed with applying for my new lots:)
