Who ownes these homes please

There are 2 houses in darkland area that have been either damaged or half built. They have been this way for over a month. Cords are x 49, y 81, z -43. One home is wood. The other is red brick and stone brick. I would like to clear the area and build something nicer. They are real messed up. Please let me know if you own this area and if I can take it over. It is a bit to the side of the spawn portal and is an eye sore right now.

LOL I think what was funny. Well anyway I built a path around those 2 houses and did my build in a better area between the houses and the ocean. I think it is a better view.
