iConomy & Shops

I am planning to implement iConomy. But the issue here is that I do not want everybody to just sell stuff to a virtual shop without there being any demand.
My goal is to have physical shops where people sell what other people want. Unfortunately there is no such plugin available at the moment.

Also because I am facing a major round of upgrades to the nether-world etc, these have priority over any iconomy plugin.

The mall is working great.
Is there anyway to link the stuff thats for sale from the 5 malls to the web...or maybe ask people to update some sort of list...just to make finding items for sale a bit easier.
