Items missing from VS

Hi Unc,

There have been some items missing from the virtual shop for some time. I pulled down the latest version and opened up the jar, and it looks like the same omissions are still there. Basically, the items.csv doesn't have entries for redwood and birch saplings or leaves, and doesn't know about trapdoors or shears either.

So, I opened up and editor and added these entries, and while I was at it I also added all of the entries for blocks new to 1.8. I then did a "jar uf" to pull the new items.csv into the jar file, and it worked for me using the latest VS and bukkit build.

Now, I know we aren't using the latest VS, but I figure you should still be able to pull in the items.csv and use it with whatever version we've got (customized?) ... So, here's the items.csv on pastebin: http://pastebin.com/pyYy9rKW

Here's the issue I opened with the VS maintainer:

S/he indicates that you can just place the .csv file in the VirtualShop folder and it'll get loaded when the server restarts.
