User List Error

Apparently, everyone is banned on the user list page. When you click on a name, instead of showing the member since... etc. it says "User is Banned!" I'm pretty sure unco isn't banned ;)

I know, this was reported before. The banlist format changed, I have to update that.

ok fixed now. Also the lots of banned people show up correctly now.
