Build height in Empire

Are there any height restrictions on building in Empire, other than the built-in ceiling. I haven't seen anyone building above the clouds around me, and don't want to break any rules.

No there are no build height restrictions anywhere, beside the one already set in Minecraft. The reason you don't see a lot of the taller builds is that most of the big builds were done before the 1.2 height update.
