Underwater Contest

The deadline for the Underwater Contest is approaching fast and I am torn between two builds. As all of our builds are going to go together as a single underwater city, I provided this thread so that there might be a little collaboration and so we don't end up with 2 hotels or the like. 2 people who might be doing the same thing e.x. a hotel, I hope the differences can be settled with time to think up something else.

SO! Those who are entering the contest, what do you plan to build?
