Have no lot yet can't apply for another one?

Hi all,

I have been away for a few months and have lost my lot. This is fine and all but when I went to apply for a new one it let me fill in all the questions etc, choose the new lot and all, but after hitting the send/apply/finalise button it says:

You logged in last 2011-6-19
You (clyra, group ) have no more lots left (max)

Weird bug I know, but I would love to see this resolved if I could...

very strange. can you log into the server once please and then try again?
