Censoring foul language

I have no idea how to use Trello so I'm posting here. With the growing number of users on this server, many of them younger, language in chat can sometimes be an issue. I was wondering if any thought has been given to installing a chat censoring plugin. One that would block any offensive words/phrases, and maybe all-caps, would help keep the server family-friendly and civil when nobody is online to moderate.

What if instead of censoring, it just auto kicked them off the server.

I think that's a little extreme. Simply turning the offensive words into *'s would do the job.

I have always been annoyed by people using foul language, so this sounds like a good idea to me.
