Question about a rule

Since there is a rule ('..walls may not be higher as 3 blocks..') I have been wondering: Are we also not allowed to box-in our land? (Not so high) I haven't seen any rule about that, so could anybody answer (100% sure!!)?

you can as longs as there as ways to enter/pass through your lot

I do not like it. I also don't like people building these huge mob spawner boxes on their lot above ground. Try to build something other people would want to look at, please.

Specially bleak boxes that have nothing of "value" outside can be very well underground.

does a castle wall around my lot that will have turrets on all corners violate the rule?
the wall is just 4 high.
