Building Competition (Win 10 Stacks of Diamonds)
I am holding a building competition. Here are the rules:
I have decided to move the contest for a week since some people could not log due to the updates. The new due date in Sunday night next week (Hong Kong time +8). If you want to resubmit your stuff with new screenshots, please see if you can edit your entry or add another one mentioning that you want to cancel your first one.
- You can submit up to 3 screenshots of your structure.
- Post screenshots as links here in this forum thread. All 3 links have to be in the same post
- Only the screenshots will be taken by me for the judgement
- You can add a description of the screenshots.
- You cannot use a texture pack for the screenshot
- You can submit until Sunday next week (6th) When I will close this thread.
- I will make a pre-selection of 5-3 finalists (depending on amount and quality of submission
- The finalists will go into a public vote on the website
- The Winner will get 10 stacks of Diamond blocks
- The more creative, awesome and innovative places will get higher scores
- Mob-traps, Redstone circuits, minecart tracks do not value high. Its about visual appeal
- There will be more prizes for the other finalists
- Feel free to post questions here if needed
- This is an individual competition. The structure has to be on the lot of the submitting person. If you have others help you and you give the diamonds away, that is OK. But I will not judge a building that is stretching over several lots.
- If I catch someone selling/buying votes all involved people will be banned

i wana ask first before i start. what are the building req for this, if i build something that is nice to look at can it be as tall as i want? i dont wana make u mad again so im asking first.

I know we can only have 3 screen shots, so this isn't for the contest. I thought it was fun though. :-) I made a little town with cake Bakery.

The default texture pack doesn't do it any justice, but eh. It's a big work in progress. Only the outside of it is 'done' (by done meaning I'm remotely happy with it until I'm not, then I'll change it again.) The inside still needs a ton of work done on it.

Your tower reminds me of chronicles of riddick.

henry theres a way to downgrade. Its on one of the forum posts. Im pretty sure it works
Ben I tried, it didn't work very well, and I almost lost my 40 mb world that I have invested like 9 days of game time into. I may try again later, but I am scared as hell if something goes wrong.
henry just make a backup of ur save files. Im not entirely sure where they are located.(use google XD) Then when u figure it out just re insert ur save files
