There are 1-2 fortresses in empire world, that have end portals, do those work now? or should we continue to use only the one in city world? It might be an unfair advantage to have your own portal so I understand if you want to disable the ones in empire. (I have one)
They work, and can be used. I do not want to use a witch hunt now to close them. Do not make a business out of allowing people too easy access to your portals however, if possible.
