Cannot join the server

When I try to log onto the server I get this:
Failed to login: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTPresponse code: 503 for URL: http://session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver.jsp?user=Fredde104&sessionId9207646553148455964&serverId=-1441c6e9a4f09de7e2df0c502f057a89aaffc523
I have no idea what this means, maybe its not even a server-specific problem. Thought it was better to post it anyway

i cannot joing the server it says cummunicatoin error or log in error

this means that the minecraft servers have issues.
