I just did an emergency update to the server. This has nothing to do with 1.5, you still need 1.4 to play on the server.
This emergency update is to prevent a crash exploit. Read more here:

It say that the plugins should work fine with this. If there is however an issue, please post here.

I’m not sure if it’s related to this update, but there don’t seem to be a lot of spawns occuring, friendly nor hostile mobs. I haven’t seen many lately anyway, since I’ve been either gathering materials or “excavating” my sculpture for the contest. I know the time that you and I ran into each other near the spawn in darklands, I hadn’t seen many mobs that day, either. A couple other people were commenting about it today, as well. (Omegahhh and Daiyamondo, iirc)
