Can't Reach Server

I was logged in to Uncovery without any problems lastnight. Now I can't reach it and even when trying to chat through IRC it says "Cannot send to Uncovery". Yet it states that the server is up and running on this website. What is going on?

You have to register your nick to talk on IRC.
As for the server, it's been having issues for the last 24 hours or so. A reboot fixed it earlier but it seems to be slowing down again... :/
