Chests Missing

I recently logged into Uncovery, and walked into my house just to find it completely empty. Only one chest remained out of about 15. Is this punishment?

Document everyone who has rights to your plot and confront them all.

As it turns out, I had two people with rights to my plot. Neocortex26 and xdeltaa77. Neo has been offline for 6 months, which means that delta is responsible. Do I lose all my items because I trusted the wrong person? Or do I get my chests/stuff back?

We do not give refunds. So if you cannot get the items back from the person responsible, then you're just out of luck.
