I have chosen not to pursue another city project. After further examination of how much commitment and time Rome took to build, I have decided that it is not worth the effort to attempt constructing another town. Due to my lack of interest, I have decided that I will hand over my city to someone else free of charge.(Assuming the city still exists)

If you're interested in the job, post a comment here stating why you want to run the city, and how you will maintain it. I will make a decision in the coming days. If no one wants the position, I will simply delete the town.(Assuming it exists still)
