Heaven's Reach Contest!
Here's a quick mini-contest for anyone wanting to win some valuable items.
My city, Heaven's reach will be split up in to twelve districts. We already have one named, but we need help with the other eleven! The general setup goes as such:
Lower level, Districts 1-5
District 1: A name for a slums/lower class area
District 2: A name for a criminal underground area
District 3: A name for a legion/army garrison
District 4: A name for a prison district
District 5: We haven't decided. Please give suggestions though.
Middle level, Districts 6-8
District 6: A name for a market district
District 7: A name for an area filled with warehouses, and some housing
District 8: You decide. We don't have an idea yet
Upper level, districts 9-11
District 9: A name for an area with larger houses, minor palaces, government officials' homes, etc.
District 10: A temple district name
District 11: We have no idea. You decide!
Some extra information:
This is a fantasy-medieval themed city, so please come up with names relating to it. The higher numbered districts should receive a nobler name, whereas the lower level districts, the opposite.
The Prize:
There will be eleven prizes handed out. If you are one of the winners, you may choose between 10 diamonds, 1000 uncs, or an enchanted diamond pickaxe.

for number 3 it could be called heaven's arms or heaven's fist
Any medieval city that size is going to need docks to bring in food and other goods. Since the theme is fantasy medieval and you are in skylands, I would suggest a dock for flying ships. They could be balloon based or just magical.

District 3: Scathachalis- Named after the Scottish godess of war.
District 4: The Zantar Prison
District 5: This is a mining district. It is very poor. They send coal, diamonds, iron ect. for the other districts.

District 8: This is a mailing and transportation district.

District 9: The City of Tsagaglalal-In ancient legend this is the name of a godess that is also called "She Who Watches."
District 10: Danu Talis
District 11: In this district the create the newest technologies and weapons for district 9.
Its name is District 11. It is called this because the government doesn't want the other districts to know. District 11 is shrouded in mystery to everyone except district 9.
