Irrelevant "Aqua Affinity" enchantment on lottery items

I noticed that "Aqua Affinity" enchantment is often added to non-helmet lottery items.

When the item gets withdrawn, that incompatible enchantment isn't present. But while it's listed...

Currently, I see "Aqua Affinity IV Trident", "Aqua Affinity II Bow", "Aqua Affinity I Diamond Boots" and (my favorite) "Aqua Affinity I Wooden Axe".

That obviously reduces chances to get actual compatible enchantment...
