Permission to Edit Outside Borders?

So I discovered that apparently I have permission to edit whatever blocks are outside the protected lots (past the edge of the world), and I'm pretty sure we shouldn't be able to do that... just wanted to bring that up.

I'm assuming you're talking about kingdom? Would've been handy when I found 4 diamonds beyond the world's edge back when I was part of Edgeville ;-)

actually I'm talking about the "world" world. In which, outside of the lots (aka past edge of the world) I'm able to edit blocks. (And I'm sure I'm not supposed to be allowed that permission.)
