Virtual Shop broken?

I've noticed many of the commands don't work - mostly the ones that are of the /vs xxx type. The exchange commands for example. Also I can't seem to get many of the /money commands to work at all either.
Is this a known issue or am I just unlucky?

I notice there are some posts quite a while back that mention some of this - seems the website text just hasn't been updated to reflect the changes.
