Recently, someone took a lot next to mine and decided to try to grief all of the adjacent lots. They appeared to have been able to get lava and water from a dispenser and also used dragon eggs and ender crystals. A giant water/lava flow was created, flowing directly onto all the adjacent plots. Even though the user was banned, the damage remains (even on unoccupied lots). As he was able to bypass the anti-griefing measures, I see this as a potential flaw in the lot protection system. Attached is an image of some of the damage.
