Shop requesting

I was trying to request a stack of birch wood for 100 uncs but, the shop never mentioned that would be 100 each, so now it took away 6400 uncs away for a misunderstanding, I would like it if someone could fix the shop to tell other players of that before it happens again. Also, if possible, may i have the 6400 uncs that the shop took from me? Please respond. PlattyCake.
