skylands generating random blocks?

you may not be able to see it but that yellow stuff was sponge i have no idea if this is normal or not but it was weird i have seen this around skylands lot H7 and i dont know if this is happening in all the skylands or not

then i walked on it and it kicked me saying flying is not enabled on this server!

thats a bug I reported already. They are only displayed however, they don't exist.
