1.8 Temp Server Towny Issue

There seems to be an issue with the Towny plugin on the temp server. AlHannibal and myself have been exploring the world for awhile, and we have set up little homes here and there. I don't know if I have explored too far out or something, but whenever I try and place a block or even break one, I get an error from the Towny Plugin saying I cannot build in the Wild. Please help? Thank you! - HenMeister
