Mobs not spawning

Just to confirm and expand on the bug reported by pinebenj in this thread: http://minecraft.uncovery.net/forums/topic/health-not-regenerating-for-settlers/

Even mob spawners (i.e. dungeons) are not spawning mobs. So no mobs of any kind, hostile or passive, are spawning anywhere in the world under any circumstances.

Another update: We are seeing rare squid spawns. Which means perhaps passives are spawning normally per 1.8 rules and are just rare. But hostiles still aren't spawning anywhere in any world.

Just confirming...i noticed the animals for about 2 weeks but my skele spawner is no longer spawning...all mobs are on strike!
