I was reading the vote info page and found this:
“If a proposal succeeded or failed, the proposed user cannot be proposed again for some time. The gaps are: 2 months after Architect, 4 months after Designer, 12 months after Master promotions.”
=> what about elder promotions then?
Read the text again. The numbers are “waiting time AFTER” promotion, not “for promotion”. So you wait 12 months AFTER you become Master if you want to become Elder.
There is no gap AFTER Settler/Citizen since you don’t become Settler/Citizen through voting.
This is a bit of a technical nit-pick, but we can think about a minimum membership time (Citizen?) before someone can be Architect.
