I had to restart a new map in 1.8 since the current one started to create excessive CPU loads that would not stop. Be prepared to have more of this, when the final 1.8 comes out for example.

Thanks uncovery. I somehow made all clients crash when entering the nether by placing a vine there. TIP: NEVER PLACE VINES IN THE NETHER! >_<
