Several players, including myself, have encountered a bug where you will be muted and stripped of all command permissions. If this happens, do not panic. First, try to relog once, maybe twice. Please do not spam relog. If 2 times does not fix it, try coming back later and it should have fixed itself. For me, one relog was enough. Others have had slightly more trouble, however, they all got it straightened out eventually. Once the bug wears off, you will need to rejoin channels like trade (/ch t), announcement (/ch u), regional (/ch r), etc. then return to global (/ch g). If it doesn't wear off or happens more than once, report it to Unc via email or ticket. Or he may want every occurrence of this reported to him. I'm not sure.
