Tried all I could to do the upgrade this morning. Failed on the essentials plugin which does stuff like /home and /spawn. I think I was able to fix that now, will have to do further testing but have no time anymore now. Please stand by for further info.

Other stuff that has been mentioned below should be fixed now. Please continue checking if everything works.
