Not accurate w/ the emeralds… even if they’re only in extreme hills biome.. the chart should have added them in. I already knew level 11 was the best for mining, yesterday I got 30 diamonds with no fortune from branch mining on lv 11

not even per world. it’s just a relative number. Take the value as a method of comparing with other ores instead of a “I can find that many diamonds”.
